Our first Kerry Report, created and edited (with mostly original footage) by kvh, is substantial because the Senator has been in nonstop motion this month. The Kerry Report documents highlights from his Kerry on Your Corner tour of towns and businesses across Massachusetts and gives a good sense of how he interacted with people from around the Commonwealth and reporters who attended the events. And it also covers his excellent speech at the DNC and the great This Week appearance on the very last day of the month. But there was so much more! Early in August, the Senator finished the Pan-Mass Challenge bicycle race at his fastest time ever and raised $130,000 for cancer research, dedicating his ride this year to his good friend Ted Kennedy. There were significant appropriations delivered by the MA congressional delegation for towns and schools across the state as a result of the hard work of Senator Kerry and his colleagues. If we'd put everything he accomplished this month into our first Kerry Report, it would have been an hour long! As it is, it's something of a news extravaganza. We hope you enjoy it.
